Lake Atitlan Insulation did an excellent job in my attic. They removed the old insulation, installed a solar attic vent, replaced the bathroom vent duct, and added new blown-in fiberglass insulation. They also installed radiant barrier on all the attic roof rafters. The work was completed professionally and thoroughly.

My attic had mold, and I was worried because I didn't know how serious it could be. I contacted Lake Atitlan Insulation, and from the inspection they clearly explained what was happening and the best solution. They first treated the mold with RMR-86, then applied RMR-141 to seal and prevent it from coming back, and painted the entire attic with KILZ. Once everything was protected, they installed the new insulation. The crew was professional, clean, and respectful. Now the house feels more comfortable, and I have peace of mind knowing the attic was properly treated. Highly recommend.
